Pastor Lolu Akindele is a graduate of prestigious University of Ibadan with a B.Sc Hons in Agricultural Engineering, and an MBA from University of Lagos. He had a 19 years career in banking, starting as a Banking Executive, and rose to the position of General Manager with special focus on Retail, SME and Corporate Banking business, in career spanning over Nigeria and Ghana.

Pastor Lolu retired from banking and was appointed Managing Director of J.A. Plantpool Ghana Ltd, where he developed and implemented medium to long term strategies for the turnaround of an ailing State-Owned Enterprise (acquired by private investors) into a major player in the importation, hiring and servicing of transport, mining and construction equipment in Ghana.

He build a strategic alliance with equipment manufacturers like Sinotruk, XCMG and Yutong, through these alliances the Company was able to access several credit facilities insured by the China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) for the importation of the equipment. He also expanded the Company’s cross border business to Togo, Sierra Leone and Equatorial Guinea.

-Pastor Lolu is currently the Volunteer Pastor in Charge of Ghana Province 1 of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Ghana, where he leads a team of Senior Pastors for the spiritual, numerical and financial growth of forty-seven Parishes of the church in Ghana with a total membership of over three thousand and five hundred congregants
