Versions newer than 10 are too unfamiliar for her to adapt, she likes the way the lists appear and are organized in columns, so on her old machine I installed an older version when the links were available to download. I have found one link to a windows 10 download 64 bit but when you read through it says this installer is only compatible with bit and returns errors when trying to install.
